Tudi mami sem omenil ta forum, vendar pa je čisti antitalent za internet in nasploh za računalnike, posredujem njeno vprašanje jaz.

Ima valoto že 10 let, ki ji noče cveteti. Eni viri priporočajo, da se jo da prezimi, drugi spet da ne... Sicer je sedaj dala en lonček prezimit, enega pa ne, da bo primerjala.

Torej: Ali je treba valoto oz. valojo dat prezimit? V čem je skrivnost uspeha, da bo cvetela? Vmes smo se že preselili, tako da okolje ni faktor. Mogoče pa je lega ali prezimovališče, ali...?

po mojem ni fora v tem, da nima nihče izkušenj, verjetno rastline pod tem imenom nihče ne pozna. V pomoč bi bila ali fotografija ali pa latinsko ime.

Make sure the pot has good drainage and the soil is rich in organic matter and compost if you want the plant to thrive. Feed monthly all year with a water-soluble fertilizer that is high in phosphorous. Keep the pot in a sunny location and it will thrive for you. The bulb will divide itself when established in the contained and that will take up to 3 years.
